The UK government has issued a gag order against a newspaper which reported on a leaked memo describing an April 2004 meeting between George Bush and Tony Blair. In the transcribed conversation Bush put forward the idea of bombing the Qatar headquarters of Al-Jazeera, a major middle eastern news agency. Blair, envisioning a possible backlash, argued against the bombing.
