Some guys are making a slippers called BrightFeet. They are so named because when it is dark and you walk around in them they have headlights that turn on!!!

How does this work? Well, the slipper has some kind of light sensor. So when you walk around in the day times you don't get a problem. And how does the slipper know when to turn on? Is there an on/off switch on the sole? No! There are little pressure sensors inside of them!!!

The only drawback with these slippers is they cost more than a normal slipper... $40 US from their online store. But this can increase the value of these slipper as a status symbol! You can wear them on dates to see a movie!
